A football game was on tv yesterday afternoon. The guy ran the kickoff back for a touchdown and Kason watched him every step of the way. When he got to the endzone and celebrated, Kason turned around and looked at me and did exactly what he did and just laughed and laughed. He thought he was so funny. He now does the "touchdown dance." We thought we would share...

Trip to South Carolina
We did a little shopping after breakfast on Saturday. Kason wasn't too crazy about any of the shops but luckily we had his treasured football with us to keep him happy. He did love the fountain and really wanted to get in the water. I think he would have played there all day if we would have let him.

"Football!"
The word of the week has been "football." I am not exagerating when I say that he has said it no less than 1000 times. He points at the tv every time he sees a football game or someone says football and he has to say "football." He says it over and over and over. It is getting so old. Tonight he started doing "touchdown." We tried to get a video that included both. You really have to pay attention and listen closely. He immediately says "football" then does "touchdown." Maybe I can get a better one later on.
Pen Park
Kason and I spent some time at Pen Park on Saturday. He loved playing with the leaves. He got his feelings hurt because he couldn't play ball with the big kids. He had fun swinging, sliding, and having a snack. We also saw his friend Benjamin there. They had fun throwing a ball. It was a beautiful day.

Walking Update
Kason's walking skills have greatly improved. However, don't be misled. This video actually captured the best he has done. Luckily, he loves his new talent and works very hard at it - falling down at least 100 times a day!
Halloween Fun
Kason was Old McDonald for Halloween. Karl really thought that he needed to be something that he likes rather than something dumb (but cute) that we picked out. As you know, he has been saying E-I-E-I (just added the O about 3 weeks ago) for months. He claps and bounces everytime he hears the music and anytime anyone mentions Old McDonald, he says EIEIEO.

He had a Fall Festival at his new school where they kids put on a parade for the parents in their Halloween costumes. He refused to wear his hat, but seemed to have fun.
After the parade we had refreshments. The curley cheese puffs were the best!! Of course, Mr. Patrick, the director of his center, was pretty funny, too.
Daddy had an alumni function and couldn't come with us so we decided to Trick-Or-Treat with all of our friends over in Redfields. As you can see, it was CRAZY!

We did more walking and talking than we did Trick-or-Treating but Kason loves his wagon so much, he didn't know he was missing out. The three pieces of candy in his bucket were plenty to take in and out a million times!!! When Karl did join us, they made up for lost time. I think he had the most fun when we got back to our neighborhood and went to see our neighbors.
